These terms cover appointments at SENTO Bangkok. Appointments are by reservation, through the channels listed on our contact page. A request is not yet a booking. Your appointment exists once SENTO has confirmed it back to you with a date, a time and a treatment.
Guests must be 18 or over. We may ask to see photo identification, and we may decline an appointment if it is not produced.
Before a treatment begins, tell us about injuries, recent surgery, skin conditions, and any medical condition that massage could affect. We may decline or adapt a treatment on those grounds. That decision is about your safety rather than about the booking.
Please look after your own valuables. SENTO is not responsible for money, jewelry, phones or other property you bring with you.
A therapist may end an appointment at any point if a guest behaves in a way that makes them unsafe or uncomfortable. No refund is given in that case.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Thai law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with a treatment is limited to the price paid for that treatment.
These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
