SENTO Bangkok, the spa at the address shown on our contact page. This page explains what we do with the information you give us when you book and when you visit.
To make an appointment we need a name to hold the booking under, a way to reach you about it, and the date, time and treatment you have chosen. If you book through a messaging app, we also see the profile name and account you message us from.
We use it for three things:
Many guests book over LINE, WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat. Those apps are run by other companies, and your use of them is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control how they handle your messages or your account, and we cannot delete anything that is held on their side.
Our contact page embeds a map served by Google Maps. Opening that page loads content from Google servers and may set cookies in your browser, whether or not you use the map. That happens under Google policies rather than ours.
Nobody outside the people who take your booking and deliver your appointment, except where Thai law requires us to disclose something. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
We keep a booking record for as long as we need it to run the spa and to meet our obligations under Thai law.
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent you have given us.
The version on this page is the one that applies today. If we change something that matters, we will say so here.
